• Free Express Shipping: Free worldwide.
• Shipping Protection: $3.99 worldwide (includes Loss, Damage & Theft Protection).

• Processing Time: 2-4 business days
• Delivery Estimates:

Note: Delivery times exclude processing time and can vary due to customs or weather delays.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

Returns for Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos for a free replacement or refund. Send proof (max file size: 25MB) to warmpod@outlook.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If you selected Shipping Protection, we take full responsibility for your package. You’ll be eligible for a free replacement or a full refund in case of loss or theft.
• For Express Free Shipping, we are not responsible for stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please report it to the shipping carrier directly.

Customs Fees

International shipments may incur taxes or duties. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
